Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Pricing

Prices posted on the Website are in United States Dollars (“USD”). Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include local taxes or fees. All such taxes and charges will be shown on the final checkout page. In the case of sales outside the United States, all prices will be converted at the time of purchase and subject to the prevailing foreign exchange rate a set by the Company, which rate will float on a daily basis in line with international currency movements.

All prices appearing on the Website are subject to change without notice. Once you have booked with the Company, you will not be required to pay any difference in the event of a price increase. The Company will not refund the balance of any price reduction.

Bookings and Cancellations

When you book a program or experience through the Website, you are booking a person, educational experience with a real person. You acknowledge that not every experience will be the same, and that our programs and work are continually evolving. Itineraries and courses are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances and developments outside of our control.

If your experience is canceled by the Company due to unforeseen events, we will work with you to (a) reschedule, or (b) offer a refund. Please read the sales page of the program. Product, service or program material to learn what the refund policy is for a specific purchase you are about to make. Intellectual Property, Photography, and Media

The content on the Website and within our programs, products, services, or program materials are subject to copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights (collectively, “Company Content”). 

You may not copy, share, sell, or steal our Company Content, or any individual parts of the Company Content.

You will not in any way use, copy, adapt, or represent any Company Content inane way as if it is yours or created by you.

You will not engage in improper and/or unauthorized use of Company Content. Improper and unauthorized use includes but is not limited to modifying, copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, translating, selling, creative derivative works, exploiting, or distributing in any manner or medium, (including by email or other electronic means) any Company Content.

You will not reprint or republish any part of our Company Content for publication or compilation into your own products, programs, service, or program materials.

You will not use our Company Content in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or in a manner that has not been authorized by our prior written consent.

Upon termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

Media Release

By participating in our programs, products, and services, and using our Company Content, including our Facebook community, you consent to the making of photographs, videos, and or/audio recordings and/or any other materials submitted by you in our current or future programs, products or services, and /or our marketing or promotional efforts, without compensation to you at nay time, now or at any time in the future.

Representations and Warranties

Our programs, products, services, and program materials are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Sites or within the programs, products, services, and program materials should be construed in any way as medical, financial, or legal advice. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind and assumes no liabilities of any kind with respect to the accuracy or completeness of the programs, products, services, and program materials. The Company shall not be held liable or responsible to any person or entity with respect to any loss or incidental or consequential damages caused, or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly, by the programs, products, services, and program materials.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES AS TO OUR PROGRAMS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR PROGRAM MATERIALS. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Indemnification

For European Union (EU) Users

If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You are resident.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
